The Eight Dominoes Mastermind
The book gave you the chain. This is the room where people run it — on their own numbers, out loud, with me in there twice a week.
One Room. Two Ways In.
Everything I teach now lives in one place, under one name. The book is Eight Dominoes. The room is the Eight Dominoes Mastermind. Same framework, same order, same language — so nothing you learn in one has to be re-translated for the other.
The free side is open to anyone. Walk in, read the Start Here post, say what you sell and what's stuck. People answer. It costs nothing and I'm not going to make you sit through a call to get it.
Membership is where I'm actually in the room with you — twice a week, live, working on your numbers rather than talking about mine. Plus the full course library and my WhatsApp.
You bring real numbers, real problems, and the willingness to hear the truth and act on it. That part hasn't changed.
What Free Gets You
Anyone can walk in. There's nothing to apply for and no card to hand over.
The Feed & Start Here
The main room. What's working this week, what just broke, what someone tried that you were about to try. Read it without posting if you'd rather warm up first.
Ask The Room
Post what you sell, who you sell it to, and the one thing that's stuck. Other operators answer. So do I, when I've got something useful to add.
Book Readers
Finished Eight Dominoes and want to argue with a chapter, or work out which domino is actually yours? That happens here.
What Membership Gets You
$500 a month, or $5,000 a year and you get two of them free. Seven days free first either way, so you can look before you pay.
Group Consulting, Twice A Week
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11am Arizona. Live working calls I run myself — hot seats, case reviews, decisions made in the hour. Come with a real problem. This is a working room, not a listening room.
Six Course Tracks, 96 Lessons
Eight Dominoes (11) · SEO & Websites (17) · Content & Social (16) · Paid & Conversion (18) · Analytics (17) · Local Marketing (17). Each track runs beginner to advanced in three stages. All 96 unlock on day one — nothing is drip-fed.
My WhatsApp
Direct access, not a ticket queue. Sent to members once the first payment clears. It's a phone number, so use it like one.
The Members' Lounge
The private half of the room, where numbers get posted that nobody wants on the open feed. Same people every week, so the accountability is real rather than performed.
The Framework On Your Business
The eight dominoes run in order against your actual offer, on a call, with the room watching. Reading the book tells you the sequence. This tells you where yours is jammed.
First Call On My Calendar
Members get new consulting availability before it's posted anywhere else, and priority booking for one-on-one sessions.
Cancel from inside the room whenever you want — you won't have to book a call to do it.
Your First Week
Most communities go quiet the moment you pay. Here's the actual sequence.
-
The minute you're in
You land on Start Here, not on an empty feed. It tells you where everything is and what the room is for, in about ninety seconds of reading.
-
Your first post
The onboarding list asks you to introduce yourself in Ask the Room: what you sell, who you sell it to, and the one thing that's stuck right now. One paragraph is plenty. That post is what gets you useful answers instead of polite hellos — people reply to a specific problem, not to “excited to be here.”
-
The course library, immediately
All 96 lessons are open on day one. Most people start with the Eight Dominoes track and run the eight in order against their own offer, because that's the vocabulary everything else on the calls assumes.
-
Your first call
Whichever comes first, Tuesday or Thursday, 11am Arizona. You do not have to take a hot seat on day one — plenty of people watch two before they put their own numbers up, and watching someone else get taken apart is most of the value anyway.
-
Day seven
The trial ends and the first payment runs. If it wasn't worth it, cancel before then and you've paid nothing. If it was, my WhatsApp number arrives in your inbox that day.
Thirteen years of marketing taught me the hardest system to debug is people.
Don't Pay Me Yet
There's no application any more and there's no gate on the front door, so I'll say the quiet part here instead: $500 a month is wrong for a lot of people, and I'd rather tell you now than take a month's money to find out together.
It's worth it for a founder or marketing leader who has crossed the starting line — real product, real customers, real problems — and who will actually show up on a Tuesday and put their numbers on the screen. The calls are the product. Skip them and you're paying for a course library.
If you're pre-revenue, still deciding what you sell, or you know you won't make the calls: join free and stay free. Read the room, use the Book Readers space, come back when the calls would pay for themselves. The free side isn't a trial that runs out.
Before You Ask
What does it cost?
Joining is free and stays free. Membership is $500 a month, or $5,000 a year if you'd rather pay once and get two months free. Either way it starts with seven days free and nothing due today, and you can cancel any time from inside the room.
What's the difference between free and paid?
Free gets you the feed, Start Here, Ask the Room and Book Readers — the parts where people talk to each other. Membership adds the parts where I'm in it: group consulting twice a week, all six course tracks, the members' lounge, and my WhatsApp. You can see the locked spaces from the free side, so you know exactly what you're deciding about.
When are the calls, and what happens on them?
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am Arizona — and Arizona doesn't do daylight saving, so check what that is where you are twice a year. Hot seats and case reviews. Somebody puts a real problem on the screen and we work it. Recordings go up for the members who couldn't make it, but the value is being in the seat.
Do I need to read the book first?
No. Eight Dominoes is the framework the room runs on, and there's a space for people who arrive from it — but the Eight Dominoes course track covers the same ground from domino one. The book is the cheapest way to find out whether you like how I think.
How many people are in there?
Not many yet, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. The room reopened on Circle in September 2026 and I moved everything across — all six course tracks, all 96 lessons, the calls on the calendar. What I don't have yet is a wall of member testimonials, because the people who'd write them only just walked in. If a big number is what would convince you, wait six months and check back. If getting me on a call twice a week before the room fills up sounds better than being member 4,000, come now.
Isn't this the thing that used to be called Business Arcanum?
It is. I retired that name in September 2026 and folded it into Eight Dominoes. Three brands competing for the same attention was two too many, and “Arcanum” told you nothing about what you were buying. Same room, same person running it, a name that says what it does. Anyone who joined under the old name keeps their access.
The Door Is Open
The Eight Dominoes Mastermind is live at community.8dominoes.com. Free costs nothing and asks for nothing but an email address.
If you already know you want the calls, start the trial instead — seven days, nothing due today, then $500 a month or $5,000 a year.
Free tier: no card. Trial: nothing due today, then $500/month — or $5,000/year, which is two months free.
